Join us on Monday, March 19th @ 6:00pm @ The Crystal Garden (Downtown
Evergreen) for a 75-minute yoga class to explore chakras related to
our yoga practice. Learn about specific Asanas that can help to create
balance within the energetic and emotional body. We’ll begin this
workshop with discussion on a basic understanding of chakras, flow
through a chakra-balancing yoga sequence, and then end class with a
