Description For dogs 6 months and up.
Your dog must already know all the basic cues. Such as sit, down,
stay, come, loose leash walking, place / bed, and recall. I will
briefly cover loose leash walking, helping your dog listen to you,
recall, place/ bed, and stay the first week of class. Then starting on
week 2 I will start teaching some Canine Good Citizen skills. These
will be: Accepting new friendly strangers. Sitting politely to be
petted. Have a good appearance of being well taken care of. Can walk
through the room on a loose leash. Can sit, down and stay on cue in
one spot. Having your dog sit and stay while you walk 20 feet away.
Walk 10 feet away from the dog and call it. Can behave politely around
other dogs. Can respond to you around distractions. Supervised
separation as you walk out of the room and return.
