Art on the Street - See & Respond Artist\'s Reception

This evening includes the opportunity to visit with participating ARTISTS AND POETS, a poetry reading, art show opening, and the presentation of the People's Choice Award for Art on the STREET, and the winners of the See & RESPOND! art and poetry competition.
