Reiki for Kids (Ages 8+)

REIKI FOR KIDS (Ages 8+) with Christina Morris & Tiffany PattersonKids Reiki helps heal fears and anxiety that our children absorb all too well and promotes feelings of safety, calmness and a healthy sense of well-being. We aim to support our children in mindfulness self healing techniques to help calm those big emotional outbursts and help them understand where these feelings are coming from. In this workshop, children will get in touch with subtle energy and learn simple ways to use and understand Reiki. They will receive tools to empower their journey of healing themselves and others. Whether your child is aware of their gift or just interested in understanding energy and calming techniques, we know you will leave with a wonderful experience and we look forward to supporting and honoring their light in this world. **Refreshments provided** WORKSHOP COST: $15 per child ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS Christina Morris - After several years of going through my own healing journey and discovering my life's purpose, I am honored to have found my life's purpose.
