Businesses run much like a system of gears. The success of the entire
system depends on each gear working together in synchronized
alignment. When a gear is out of sync, you will have “pain
points,” resulting in company-wide misalignment which will prevent
you from achieving your overall strategy. The Five-Part Gear Model
helps US diagnose and fix the pain points so your company can run
smoothly.Join Manufacturer’s Edge for an introduction to this
simple, but powerful tool that we recently developed to address each
individual gear and ensure synchronization and alignment to an
ORGANIZATION’s overall strategy in order to achieve lasting success.
