Description Walkthroughs are required to obtain your approved Event Facility permit. During this one-hour logistics meeting, you will review the details of your activity with an Event Facilitator. Permit holders are strongly encouraged to bring any and all vendors, family and friends who may be involved with planning and need to see the facility before event day.
