Walkthroughs are one-hour, logistics meetings required to obtain an approved Event Facility permit. During this meeting, permit holders will review the logistics of your specific event with an Event Facilitator. Permit holders are strongly encouraged to bring any and all vendors, family or friends who have a specific reason for needing to see the venue prior to the event. Permit holders are limited to
one
walkthrough before their event.
