Homeschool Social's March 2020 Dance

DANCES AND PROM 2019 - 2020LIABILITY WAIVER: The student and the parent and/or guardian of the dance participant hereby assume any and all risk known or unknown, that may exist as a result of the student’s participation in this Dance Event, including but not limited to, traveling to the event, attendance and participation in the event, and traveling from the event. The student and parent do hereby voluntarily and expressly on their own behalf and on behalf of the student, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers of this event from any and all liability, claims, damages, demands, or personal injuries which arise from or are in any way connected with the above-named student’s participation in the event, including those allegedly attributable to negligent, reckless, or grossly negligent acts or omissions of the Organizers. The student and the parent acknowledge that they have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire ‘Release and Hold Harmless Agreement’, that they fully understand its content, that they execute it voluntarily, and that they agree to it by its terms. The student and parent acknowledge they understand and agree to the Code of Conduct for the student. The student and parent acknowledge that violating the code of conduct can mean the student is unable to participate in future events held by the Organizers, and that this is at the discretion of the Organizers. Code of Conduct: There is to be NO smoking, vaping, drug or alcohol use; no roughhousing, wrestling, or running around; no destruction or damage of the property. Students are expected to follow the instructions of the Organizers, and to be respectful of Organizers and others at the event. There are to be no public displays of affection. The student and parent acknowledge that purchasing tickets to this or any other event by the Organizers constitutes agreement with this Liability Waiver.
