The STEAMBOAT SKI TOURING CENTER IS NESTLED BETWEEN FISH CREEK AND THE STEAMBOAT SKI RESORT- a mere 2.5 miles from the base of the resort. This SNOWSHOE TOUR OFFERS GENTLE ROLLING HILLS WITH STUNNING VIEWS AND EVIDENCE OF WILDLIFE ALL AROUND. This SNOWSHOE TOUR IS A FANTASTIC MORNING ACTIVITY TO ADD TO YOUR VISIT TO STEAMBOAT! Important details: REFUNDS- we do not issue refunds for cancelations or no-shows Registration closes at noon the day before the program. If we do not have our minimum number of 4 participants, we will cancel the program, notify participants, and issue refunds. Location: STEAMBOAT SKI TOURING CENTER; parking is free on-site Admission includes a pass for the trail. Please indicate if you have SNOWSHOES OR IF YOU WANT TO USE ONE OF OUR PAIRS; they will be on-site with the Naturalist. Time: Please arrive by 9:45 AM to check in. The tour will start at 10 AM and last about 1.5 hours ending at approximately 12 PM Where do you meet: The STEAMBOAT SKI TOURING CENTER. Go through the main building and onto the back deck. Transportation: You are responsible for your transportation PLAN AHEAD- if planning on taking a hotel shuttle, double-check they go to this location; the bus doesn't have a stop very close by. Parking is free and plentiful on-site.
