BIOCONDUCTOR (https://bioconductor.org [https://bioconductor.org]) is
a flexible, widely used, and respected collection of R packages for
the statistical analysis and comprehension of many common types of
high-throughput genomic data. In this workshop we'll learn the
fundamentals of using Bioconductor for differential expression
analysis and for exploring annotations and public data resources.The
