OTHER TEACHERS IN A BEAUTIFUL SETTING BY LONG ISLAND SOUND The school
setting is often stressful. Join our retreat and experience
mindfulness practices to reduce stress and promote well-being, health,
as well as benefit your interactions with students and colleagues.
There will be periods of silence, poetry, reflections, mindful
dialogue, guided kindness and compassion practices, and listening
deeply to the wisdom in the room. This is an opportunity to log onto
your “inner net” in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere with other
teachers and staff. No experience necessary.
