This TRAINING PROGRAM IS SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR INDIVIDUALS ASPIRING
TO COMPLETE A 5K RACE. It caters to both beginners and those looking
to enhance their 5K performance, with the primary goal of guiding
participants to the finish line.Program Details:
Duration: 9 weeks leading up to your first 5K
Start Date: Monday, June 9th, 2025, at 6:00 PM
Average Session Length: 30-45 minutes (Note: This excludes a 5-minute
warm-up and a 5-minute cool-down)
Location: Kelleys Pace Mystic
Cost: $40
Race Event: Battle of Stonington 5K, scheduled for Tuesday, August 19,
2025, at 6:15 PM
Training Plans: Weekly training plans will be provided to all runners
