Dinner @ Millstone Farm to benefit Trout Unlimited presented by GEOFF LAZLO

Enjoy an exquisite farm to table meal cooked by Chef GEOFF LAZLO AT THE BUCOLIC MILLSTONE FARM IN WILTON, CT and support TROUT UNLIMITED Chef Geoff Lazlo will create a menu based on what is being harvested at Millstone Farm that week! This hyper-local seasonal meal will benefit Trout Unlimited, a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping rivers and streams clean for a better environment and healthy fish. The menu will also feature Trout and Salmon that has been caught in sustainable fisheries in North America. Dinner begins with passed canapes, a seasonal fruit based cocktail with herbs from the farm and a farm tour. The three course dinner will include a plated appetizer, family style entree that features a wood oven roasted protein and two sides. A plated dessert will show off late summer stone fruit. Dinners are BYOB, perfect for wine enthusiasts looking for the right opportunity to break out that 'special' bottle. Invite several couples and we will seat you at your own table. Multiple parties can request to be seated with eachother. Tickets are non-refundable.
