When:     Tuesdays 9:00 to 10:15 am
Where:    Retreat Center (on your left when you drive in)
What to bring:  Bring your yoga mat (Blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are provided)
Fee:     $15 per class.  No registration is required

Therapeutic Yoga class is a carefully designed combination of gentle yoga, awareness exercises, restorative yoga poses, and breath work. These elements are integrated into a class that is suitable for people who are beginning to study yoga, recovering from an injury, or anyone who feels they are just too tight to stretch. Strengthen, stretch, relax, and restore.

No yoga experience is necessary. Excellent for beginners to learn body awareness and proper alignment, as well as for experienced practitioners to take their practice to a new and deeper level.  Please do not hesitate to contact Christina at christinad@carnelianconnection.com.

Christina Dufour is a 200+ hour Certified Yoga Instructor, advanced Level III Usui Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Reflexologist. Her varied background has helped Christina to offer multiple fitness options while inspiring students to connect with their own expansive potential. She is a compassionate and intuitive teacher who offers an invigorating, fun, and non-judgmental environment for her students.
