transformational self-care routine. You will: * Learn four little
words, spoken each morning and night, that have the ability to change
your life; * Explore your positive traits and discover how to
celebrate the positive traits of others; * Understand the importance
of being kind to others;
As you delve into this topic, you will develop a framework for life
that when followed, leads to inner peace and a calmness that is often
elusive. We will be providing a lunch of mushroom/bean/barley soup,
homemade bread, coffee, tea and water. If this doesn’t appeal to
