Description Some like it hot! Looking to give heated yoga a try in an affordable, beginner friendly atmosphere? You are in luck! Please join Amy Kendall (200-hour RYT) for a 60-minute heated yoga flow! This is a yoga flow class for all-levels from beginner to experienced, who are interested in practicing heated yoga. Participants will stretch and strengthen their entire bodies, aided by the heated temperature of the room. A cool cloth with essential oils will be offered at end of class. Cost is $12 per 2 class sessions. Must register online.
