Beginning with Baby Steps, a walk, is the best way to build a routine
into your daily schedule. Doing this initiates the drive within you to
further explore the other areas for the anti-aging regimen.I walk the
James F. Hall Trail in the afternoons at least 3 times a week. It s a
great place to reflect on the important things in your life while
appreciating the outdoors.
From time to time I will suggest other activities and encourage
members to do the same. For instance, this week coming up I ll be
bringing a can of tennis balls and two racks. There are courts along
our trail and a wall to hit up against.
