A dynamic class for anyone looking to get a great stretch and workout in. This is an upbeat class that is focused on targeting muscle strength and flexibility. No prior yoga knowledge is required but recommended for ease and enjoyment of the class.

FREE, but you MUST REGISTER!

Instructor: Abigail Merritt, B.A. Psychology, Minors Human Development and Family Services, Health & Wellness, 200-RYT license with certification in Reiki.
