Zumba Fitness is a program that combines Latin and international music
with dance moves. It incorporates interval training alternating fast
and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Zumba Toning
uses lightweight toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their
target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. It combines body
sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work to create a
calorie-torching, strength-training fitness party.
