Salad: Butter roasted lobster tail served over baby kale tossed with
olive oil marinated cherry tomatoes, balsamic onions, sun-dried
cranberries, roasted butternut squash, crumbled gorgonzola, sweet
sherry vinaigrette. Kunde Sauvignon Blanc Appetizer: Pan Seared
Scallop served with butternut squash puree, Beaujolais Nouveau
reduction, and piquillo pepper salsa cruda, with a petite micro green
and crispy shallot salad. Montes Chardonnay Small Plate: House-crafted
Butternut Squash Raviolo tossed with baby spinach and fennel bulb, and
carrot-parsnip puree, apple-maple pan jus, cranberry mostarda, and
aged balsamic vinaigrette. Peter Lehman Clancy’s Red Blend
Intermezzo: Meyer Lemon Sorbetto Entrée: Burgundy braised beef short
rib served with porcini and local wild mushroom risotto, chanterelle
