HR Data Analytics: Introductory Course

Have you been in a meeting where a KPI or a number on the dashboard is questioned and the conversation immediately falls back on anecdotes and impressions? Imagine if instead you dug into the data to find the real answer. Through interactive sessions and based on our unique experiences in HR data sets, this class will give you the tools to navigate the data traps that are so common to HR data. There are a lot of challenges hiding in the data whether it is working with incomplete data, averages that are misleading, or spurious correlations.
