NUTRITION: STOP THE BRAIN DRAIN, MONDAY, AUGUST 2 @ 6:30 PM
Nutrition plays an important role in brain health and memory. Our
brain responds to the food we eat and those nutrients can trigger
neurotransmitters and hormones that impact our mood and improve our
mental sharpness. Certain foods, minerals, and essential fatty acids
feed the brain and prevent aging. It’s summer, we are about sun and
fun, especially because we endure long hours and days in front of a
computer screen, concentrating and zooming everywhere.
Join Nutritionist, Wholistic Health and Fitness Coach Anelise for a
time talking about how to reset and nourish your brain during the
summer months, and learn about food that prevents brain disease such
as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and Dementia. What type of nutrients
are needed for brain sharpness longevity? Come join us.
The seminar is free open to the public, registration is required.
COVID Safety protocols will be in place. Space is limited.
