Experience deeper levels of rest and health with this meditative
practice. This guided meditation practice follows a system that
decreases brain wave activity through body scanning, breathing, and
exploring senses and emotions, ultimately relaxing the entire body and
healing the heart. This practice has been used to successfully aid
insomnia, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, pain and jet lag.
The workshop will start with a brief discussion for you to learn about
the steps followed in this meditation practice and how it helps
develop clarity and peace that lasts long after the class. After
grounding, your teacher will guide your meditation with her soothing
voice and SOUND BOWLS. This meditation is for all levels of experience
and anyone who is looking to calm their busy ‘monkey mind’.
Participants can lie down or be seated for this practice.
INSTRUCTOR: Paige is certified to lead Divine Sleep®Yoga Nidra (by
Jennifer Reis) and is also 500 E-RYT Kripalu Yoga & Meditation
