their structure types affect wine. The difference of Old World versus
New World and how weather and soil influences wine. We also break-down
the science of tasting wine helping you identify favorite or not so
favorite traits. In the second class building off of what you learned
the week before you learn about the art and science of making wine.
Wine buying; interpreting wine expert speak, storing; what ages better
and serving…how all of these things directly affect what you enjoy.
On the final day taking what you learned in previous classes you do
comparative tastings describing the wine differences. There is a final
review and exam based on what was learned in all three classes. When
all is ended you have tasted some amazing wines, learned the
essentials of wine from buying, tasting and most importantly enjoying.
