Under The Rug: A CathARTic Musical Experience

An intimate evening of a private listen and conversation of my new EP, Ginkgo, and a sneak peek at my upcoming art series, And Boi Was She. Since I was 6 or 7 years old, I have been sweeping feelings, emotions, thoughts and everything else under my rug. My family, my relationships, my vices, my everything. Personal work is far from easy and never ending. My music and my art have always saved me, but never like this. I looked myself in the mirror, pointed, shook my head, laughed, took out my piano and paintbrush.........then pulled myself from under my rug. I invite you to lift your rugs, live through what you find, and love yourself.....hard. Your ticket comes with a personal custom eye mask that will be used during the listening session. I chose to have this particular event at Femme Fatale for a reason. Femme Fatale DC is a platform for womyn creatives and entrepreneurs to collaborate in sharing their passions. FFDC builds meaningful friendships through creating spaces & experiences that amplify, foster and sustain an ecosystem of womyn who empower each other.
