Kay J. Williams BSN, RN, HLC is a Registered Nurse and HEALTH AND
Wellness Coach. She specializes in working with WOMEN and men to
help them connect more fully with their best selves, so they can live
their HEALTHIEST, happiest, and most connected life.Clients who
benefit from this group are those who struggle with yo-yo diets, low
self-worth, or who "know" all the things they "should" do to lose
weight, but who can't seem to stay consistent with their healthy
intentions. Learn to connect with your best self in order to
effortlesly live your healthiest, happiest life.
Each hour-long group coaching meeting will consist of:
* Teaching psychological strategies for achieving goals and
nutrition and fitness best practices for meeting your goals
* Sharing and support.
* Ongoing goal setting.
If you want to finally let go of the struggle for permanent weight
loss, negative self-image, or are simply feeling "stuck" in any area
of your life, you will benefit from this group.
CLASSES ARE HELD EVERY MONDAY FROM 12-1PM OR 6-7PM. Class sizes are
limited to 10 students.
