You're invited to spend a day with the most important person in the world. Yourself. ♡ There will be dedicated areas of the venue made available for you to spend time in silence. A variety of silence guiding activities will be made available to you including meditation coloring, writing prompts, guided walking, guided meditation, stretching flows and more. All activities are optional, you may stay as long as you like, but you are encouraged to challenge yourself and stay for the entire day. _ZEN ZONE MIAMI A SAFE SPACE. WE WELCOME ALL PEOPLE.
