Introducing a new weekly meditation practice. This intentional
meditation class is created to support connecting to the infinite
powerful energy within.
During this class, we will be using different tools such as different
meditation practices, utilizing our breath, tuning into sound, smell,
and visualization.
This is a safe space where one can find the doorway to a meditation
practice that works best for each individual so that empowering
yourself is part of your lifestyle.
