?️ We recommend arriving a few minutes before the session to settle. There are a few parking spaces available in the building and street parking.
?‍♂️ Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in during the session. If you are coming from work, your work attire will be fine.
? We can provide yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own. Consider bringing a blanket, sweater, or pillow to make yourself as comfy to lay down for 60 minutes. (When you get to a deep state of meditation, your body temperature can drop and you might feel cold.)
