Our Beginner Men's Yoga series is a 6 week course, designed just for men to build confidence in their strength and adapt to their level of flexibility.
In this course, you will learn:
The structure of a yoga class
Breathing techniques
Postures and alignment
Modifications
No yoga pants required! Just wear some shorts or sweat pants and a a t-shirt. We have mats available to rent or purchase or you can bring your own.
Cancellation policy All series are non-refundable. Series are non-transferable, sharable, or exchangeable. If a session is missed, it can be made up if and when the next series is for the particular module for the series.
