This yoga experience will include a mindful hike, yoga among the
trees, and a meditation connecting nature around us. DISCOVER the
peace in nature and RECONNECT with your mind, body, and spirit.
Bring water, hiking shoes, a yoga mat and a friend or two and your
best smile! :D
There is a parking lot right at the entrance. Park there and we will
meet right in front of the Pavilion.
This is a donation based class. All donations will go to a local
non-profit.
