Dunedin Highland Games Craft Beer and Music Festival.

It's time to pull those tartan kilts out of storage and brush up on your brogue.

The 2020 Dunedin Highland Games and the Celtic Music and Craft Beer Festival are on the horizon. This year promises to be bigger and better with Pipe Bands, Highland Dancers, and Athletes from around the world as well as traditional and contemporary Celtic music and both craft and international beers.

The event, at Dunedin Highlander Park, 1920 Pinehurst Road, will include solo piping and drumming competitions, performances by Scottish bagpipe bands and Highland dancing contests. Athletes from around the world will compete in traditional Highland games including the caber toss, sheaf toss, and other competitions. We will have a Kid's Zone, and sheep dog demonstrations. There will be food vendors offering a taste of Scotland as well as American food along with a beer tent featuring many craft beers and the beers you come to expect at a Celtic event. Merchandise vendors will display Celtic crafts, kits, Celtic wind instruments, jewelry and clothing.
