Description WATER EXERCISES CUSTOMIZED FOR THE GROUP, from high to
low-impact, aerobic &/or strengthening, core, cardio, etc. This course
is intended to provide a mix between weight portions and cardio
portions in the WATER TO PROVIDE A GOOD EXERCISE CLASS THAT IS
_easier_ on the joints than an on-land exercise course. You do not
need to know how to swim to participate in this course.

courses. You can sign up online or in person. This course will be
located at Donna Fiala Eagle Lakes Aquatics Facility in the Family
Pool. There is a minimum of three participants required to run this
course.
