This is a fun, interactive three-hour event which includes a healthy
living expo and body, mind, and spirit breakout sessions which lay the
foundation for you to achieve healthy living goals.We invite you to
create more balanced life, develop meaningful friendships, and explore
faith in order to lead a happier, healthier life.
Women of all ages - young and old - are welcome and encouraged to
attend.
Popular breakout sessions around the country are Healthy Eating,
Zumba, Pilates, Aromatherapy, Setting Boundaries, De-clutter, Finding
Soul Rest, and Vision boards.
