ELEVATE: Couples Workshop

COME JOIN THE FUN FOR FREE!  Dr. Liva LaMontagne with the UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA/IFAS Extension will teach COUPLES EFFECTIVE AND PROVEN SKILLS TO INCREASE POSITIVE COMMUNICATION, manage stress, set financial goals, deal with differences, and maintain a happy and healthy friendship bond.  This exciting workshop, called ELEVATE, will be held once a week for 5 weeks at the University of Florida, McCarty Hall B, room 3096, Gainesville, FL 32611 from 6:00-8:30 on MONDAYS Mar. 19th, Apr. 2nd, Apr. 9th, Apr. 16th, Apr. 23rd.  A free light MEAL will be served at each class and attendees will receive a free USB drive.  You may also be eligible for GIFT CARDS.
