COME JOIN THE FUN FOR FREE! Dr. Liva LaMontagne with the UNIVERSITY
OF FLORIDA/IFAS Extension will teach COUPLES EFFECTIVE AND PROVEN
SKILLS TO INCREASE POSITIVE COMMUNICATION, manage stress, set
financial goals, deal with differences, and maintain a happy and
healthy friendship bond. This exciting workshop, called ELEVATE,
will be held once a week for 5 weeks at the University of Florida,
McCarty Hall B, room 3096, Gainesville, FL 32611 from 6:00-8:30 on
MONDAYS Mar. 19th, Apr. 2nd, Apr. 9th, Apr. 16th, Apr. 23rd.
A free light MEAL will be served at each class and attendees will
receive a free USB drive. You may also be eligible for GIFT CARDS.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
Funding for this project is provided by the United States Department
of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and
Families, Grant: #90FM0079. These services are available to all
eligible persons, regardless of race, gender, age, disability or
religion.

The benefits of ELEVATE are much greater if you can attend all
sessions, but we understand that “life happens.” The first session
is required for registration purposes.
