This charming piece includes an aria that enhances the whimsical tale of Harlequin and Columbine. Following the operatic theme, we present excerpts from Vladimir Issaev?s "LaFavorita" from Donizetti?s beloved opera as this ballet seamlessly integrates into the operatic narrative. We will also showcase "Markitanka" (La Vivandière), choreographedbySaintLeonto the delightful music of Cesare Pugni.
