Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga follows a set sequence of postures which will be
accommodated to all levels and body types in this class. You will flow
at a steady pace by connecting each breath to each movement. You will
be guided step by step by expert instruction to build the proper
foundation for a yoga practice. The integration and application of the
techniques learned in this class will build endurance, strength,
flexibility and purification in the body, mind and spirit. Join us to
begin the journey for a happier and healthier life.
