Art Exhibition: “Landscaping through Nature” Raul RiveraL. Raul
Rivera L. was born and raised in Mexico City, one of the largest
metropolitan areas in the Americas and the world. Growing up he
visited many of Mexico’s famous public art spaces, filled with works
by famous Mexican muralist and painters, such as Frida Kalho, Diego
Rivera, David Alfaro Siqueiros and José Clemente Orozco. They created
large public murals in places such as the National Palace, the
Department of Education, the Autonomous University and the Palace of
Fine Arts. Their influence developed Rivera L.’s great vision for
art, beauty, creativity and, for him, one of the most important things
in life: passion and respect for the community. Rivera L. was educated
at the Universidad del Valle de Mexico, where he pursued credits
towards a degree in Architecture and took courses in Interior/Exterior
Decorating. In 2002 he moved to Los Angeles, CA. and did freelance
work for different wedding studios in the US (NY, MA, CT, RI and South
Florida) Raul now live in Miami Beach FL and is already making floral
art installations for some studios and also is teaching floral
techniques, designs and creating lands capes for residential in South
Florida.
