Come enjoy a yoga class full of movement, meditation, and spiritual
practices to help you find greater balance, equanimity and well-being
in the heart of South Beach.
No sign up is necessary, limited yoga mats will be available;
attendees may bring their own. Kids are welcome. Pets too.
