Join Adrian Molina, founder of WARRIOR FLOW, and the WARRIOR FLOW
MIAMI TEAM EVERY SUNDAY AT 10:00am on LINCOLN RD AND EUCLID (700
LINCOLN RD) for WARRIOR FLOW MIAMI COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS.
Every week, prior to the yoga flow, we offer an optional 15 minute
meditation segment that starts at 9:45am, led by Adrian Molina.
The yoga segment of our event is an open-level flow, meaning it's
accessible to anyone regardless of level of expertise. Some basic
fitness experience is necessary. Adrian is a senior teacher, community
leader, trauma-informed yoga instructor. He believes that yoga should
be inclusive, accessible, compassionate and fun. He often incorporates
in the class a short segment of cardio or shaking or dancing —
activities that are intended to help participants to release tension
based on the latest science research. He also looks for ways to
encourage community members to connect with each other and actively
support various local causes in our community.
This is a free event offered by Lincoln Road and organized by Warrior
Flow. It’s an outdoor community event under the shade (or sun if you
prefer) with beautiful views of Lincoln Road, open skies, and palm
trees filled with birds singing.
We welcome everyone, including children under supervision of their
parents (especially if they have never done a group class before). We
also welcome well-behaved pets that can behave for the duration of the
event without disturbing others, and on the leash at all times.
If you are joining us please bring a mat, a towel, a bottle of water,
and as many friends as you can.
On Sunday mornings Lincoln Road is very quiet and it’s super easy to
find street parking in the parking lots that are at the intersection
of Euclid and Lincoln Rd on the South side. After class you can enjoy
a stroll through the Green Market or Antique Market that happens on
various Sundays during the year. Many participants opt to bike to our
location.

Warrior Flow originated as a style of Vinyasa flow developed by Adrian
Molina in the early 2000’s in New York City. It grew quickly into a
“studio without walls”, encompassing trainings, education,
workshops, community activism, destination retreats, online resources,
and raising awareness for causes such as homelessness, mental health
and a more inclusive approach to yoga. Currently Adrian and his
husband Dennis Hunter reside in Miami Beach, FL where they continue to
expand the core values of Warrior Flow via online classes, workshops,
articles, and being involved with community matters.
Adrian Molina has been teaching yoga continuously since 2004. He is
a well-known and respected instructor in Miami and New York, with an
extensive worldwide following through his platform and school of yoga,
Warrior Flow, and his longtime career with Equinox. Adrian is a
writer, massage therapist, Reiki healer, meditation teacher, sound
therapist, End-of-Life Doula, Mental Health First Aid facilitator, and
a Kriya yoga practitioner in the lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda.
Adrian is recognized for the community-building work he does in Miami
and New York as founder and executive director of The Warrior Flow
Foundation, which brings the benefits of therapeutic and accessible
yoga, mindfulness, and stress reduction tools to schools, shelters,
hospitals, first responders, and hospice care.
