To become a warrior in pink and support those who are going or have
gone through breast cancer please fill out the information below. Once
you've done that you'll be enlisted as one of the proud warriors who
fight and stand by these women!The Charity workout event will be an
hour long. Please arrive 15 minutes early to grab your swag bag and
get settled in. The workout will start off with a 10-minute warmup
followed by a 40 minute full body circuit and then finish off with a
10 minute cooldown. The workout will have 5 minutes on the clock at
each station. Once the time is up everyone shifts to the next station.
There will be workout cards to instruct you on different levels of
difficulty and the number of reps to perform. The final 10 minutes
will be a cooldown of stretching and breathing to calm the body down
and kickstart the recovery process. We’ll be focusing on strength
and fat loss, also known as metabolic resistance training. Get ready
to sweat and have fun!
Anyone going through this process knows this is a tough time to go
through it alone. These brave women deserve our support so lets come
together, stand with them in this fight and show that we are here for
them!

FAQS
ARE THERE ID OR MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THE EVENT?
You need to be at least 18 years old to attend the workout. If you are
younger you must have a parent/guardian with you, and you must be 13
years or older with a parent/guardian.
WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORTATION/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE
EVENT?
There will be parking around and behind the building.
WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE EVENT?
Be sure to bring workout clothes that you are comfortable moving in. I
would also bring a towel and water bottle.
