Ready to stretch, strengthen and smile your way through a great workout? All levels are welcome, everyone's part of the fun!

Bring your own exercise/yoga mat, water bottle and a towel to each class. Dress comfortably.

Residents may purchase as individual classes at $12 per class or as a series of 8 classes for $80.00.

Non-residents may purchase as individual classes at $15 per class or as a series of 8 classes for $104.00.
