CERTIFIED ADVANCED SCRUM MASTER TRAINING (A-CSM®) Taught by Scrum Alliance Certified Trainers (CSTs), the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster™ (ACSM) program is designed to build on your foundational knowledge. The course will provide an understanding of the enhanced skills required for the implementation of Scrum and Agile techniques within your organization and teams. As an Agile coach (CEC), trainer (CST), and mentor, he’s supported many organizations in their Agile and Lean journeys. Additionally, he teaches Agile Leadership and Process Improvement at University of Southern Maine and Organizational Change at University of Southern New Hampshire.
