Description TRIPLE YOUR CONFIDENCE Train to tackle the upcoming triathlons in the area. This clinic is designed for all fitness levels and will include 3 mock Tri's. Our certified tri coach, Martin Wagner, will include education and training in base endurance building, agility, and interval trainings for speed. PREREQUISITES: Children must be able to swim 25 yards, and ride a bike. WHAT DO I NEED: Bring all equipment needed for swimming, biking, and running.
