This class has an innovative 20/20/20 approach to fitness. Twenty
minutes of Pilates to strengthen the core, 20 minutes of weight
training to shape and sculpt the muscles, and 20 minutes of yoga
stretching.
Attending this class will build confidence, strength, and flexibility.
After class, add a 20-minute walk or swim for cardio and you are all
set!
