Our Chefs will be demonstrating how to get the absolute perfect sear
on a gorgeous piece of pork loin. The Chefs will be featuring the
beautiful Balsamic vinegars that Bodacious hand selects to sell in our
store. They will be showcasing the wonderful affects that vinegars
have when cooked, especially with a pork tenderloin and how to make a
glaze for different varieties of meats. This LUNCH WILL ALSO BE
FEATURING A FRESH SPRING SALAD WITH VARIOUS TOPPINGS AND A
DEMONSTRATION ON HOMEMADE SALAD DRESSINGS.COOKING CLASS PARTICIPANT
