Learn to make the perfect CARIBBEAN DISH! Dine with us as we explore the delicious cuisine of the Caribbean! Dishes for the evening include: papaya salad, jerk chicken kabobs, roast pork with plantains, coconut rice, and pineapple salsa. Learn how to make these mouth-watering dishes as you enjoy an evening out! COOKING CLASS PARTICIPANT TIPS & DETAILS: Culinary enthusiasts are encouraged to participate in preparation or observe during the class. Please enter through the So Gourmet entrance on Palafox St. Wine & beer service available. Dress casual and comfortable, you will probably get messy! Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations.
