free 8-week training program designed to build fitness, community, and
confidence! three oclock Weekly Meetups: Tuesdays at 6:15 PM Optional,
uncoached club run/walk (a great bonus way to stay active and
connect!) (This day goes year-round and you are welcome to join
anytime, for runners and walkers) Thursdays at 6:15 PM Coached session
Saturdays at 8:00 AM Coached long run or walk woman walking 5K
