National Day of Service is a National Urban League Young Professionals
initiative to engage youth in STEAM RELATED FIELDS. YPN partners with
local organizations to reach elementary and middle school aged youth
to engage them in STEAM AS WELL AS ENCOURAGE ENTREPRENEURSHIP BY
EDUCATING THEM ON MONETIZING THEIR IDEAS.
Join us for this interactive coding workshop sponsored by Code Ninjas
and One World Quest where your elementary or middle schooler can
explore the world of code. Your student will also learn about
entrepreneurship and developing a pitch presentation. They will have
the opportunity to participate in a pitch competition and win prizes.
Prizes include a scholarship to Code Ninjas and so much more! Lunch
will be provided.
Although this workshop is FREE for youth to attend, you can help
provide some amazing giveaways by sponsoring a child for $10.
