This class is a self defense class for women. It teaches techniques on how to punch, kick, and use other physical actions to defend oneself against an attack by a larger/heavier opponent. This class also gives information on how to avoid confrontation and gives crime prevention advice. Workout clothes are necessary for all classes except for the 1st one.
Due to an increased interest in the class, we are taking a waiting list for another possible women's class. This class would take place on the same dates as this class.
